Coconut Water Granitas

Serves 4

2 cups of fresh Young Thai Coconut Water
1 cup of almond milk
4 Tablespoons raw agave syrup

• Freeze Young Thai Coconut Water in ice cube trays for 24 hours.
• Freeze almond milk in ice cube trays for 24 hours.
• Place half the coconut water ice cubes in a Vitamix blender and blend into snowcone-like snowflakes. (You may have to do this in batches depending on the size of your ice cubes). Remove snowflakes and place in parfait glasses.
• Place half of the almond milk ice cubes in a Vitamix blender and blend into snowflakes as above. Repeat with the remaining coconut water ice cubes, then with the almond milk ice cubes.
• Pour a tablespoon of raw agave syrup over each serving. Eat immediately.
